I have been using them for about 2 years. They have been very accommodating during this time. They even re-evaluated my rent, after a few years, for my benefit. The area is clean and well kept.A great place to store your extra items.

Been here since 2019 and other than a water leak to our unit we haven't had many issues. Your typical rodent and bug issues but they are very fast to get those resolved. They do increase your monthly price a lot. We've seen a lot of increases and could move out because of it soon. All in all it's not a bad place to store your belongings!

Very clean, secure storage. Friendly and very helpful staff. If I need a storage unit again I will definitely rent from Extra Space Storage again.

My experience with Extra Space had been pretty unremarkable up until the new management coming in. Donovan has been amazing since the first day of my meeting him during a time in which not only had my rent had been overdue, but the keys to my lock had also been stolen. Donovan replaced my lock out of the goodness of his own heart. As someone who is well acquainted with the struggles of life, being on the receiving end of such kindness was extremelmy well appreciated, not just for the simple fact of having one less thing to scrounge together the money to purchase, but for the reminder that there are kind people out there. Some days receiving such a reminder makes a much needed world of difference.

Very thorough explaining details for storage when signing up. Sign up was easy. Worked with me to get the best spot for our needs. Reasonable pricing. Haven't moved in yet but initial contact and sign up was excellent.

Donovan and Matt made the process so easy. They were helpful in answering all of my questions. When I needed help fixing something in my unit, they gave me several options to choose from and helped get me sorted out before the issues any worse. I really appreciate their attentiveness, patience, and kindness. They are good folks.

I've been storing my things at this location for over a year now. The company went through a change of management and it has been great ever since Donovan has been the new manager. He was very customer service oriented, something I felt was lacking with the previous management.

Please read ....I'm going to make this as short yet to the point as possible. Due to a series of unfortunate events I have become homeless on the streets of my home town Phoenix Arizona. I've seen and lived through so much during this short time of only 47years.Some People have become somewhat disgustingly mean and cruel to the homeless population. When I approached the office I thought to myself , hear we go again. Mind you I was pulling three borrowed shopping carts behind me.Havng just pulled them from two miles away. I was looking very unprofessional and extremely homeless. That morning Phoenix P.D. raided the camp of a 57 year old disabled woman and they made a huge mess with her belongings. It took me 3 hours to get it approved packed up and moved to the parking lot of the closest storage facility I could find. The manager came flying out of the office with a look of anger and discuss . She began to tell me "No this is not going to happen. I was spent my body and brain where exhausted from the journey. I pleaded with her making promises to follow all of the rules noted in the contracts. Dispite my appearance she reluctantly agreed with my promises and she guided me into the office where we can work ok care of administrative contracts . She was very patient with me and I appreciate it more then words can describe... I am so very great full for her understanding and kindness. Upon arrival I thought the worst outcome was likely to aquire . Yet her heart was in the right place and I am truly grateful for that. My experience was , is one for the training program. I wish more people would see beyond the first impressions and at least give a person that chance.Thank u again with all my heart.
