Just wanted to say thanks to Cruz (Luis) and the whole team at Extra Space Storage near Bell and 19th Street. Cruz has been super helpful, easy to work with, and really made the storage experience smooth and stress-free. Appreciate the whole crew for keeping things running tight and being solid with the customer service.

Super nice and helpful staff! Easy to get ahold of and super clean location! I rent on of the climate controlled units, and it is very nice and easy to get to!

Off to a great start! Kyle, the office manager was friendly and very helpful as was the additional office staff. Easy sign up. The prices are little more than other places, but it’s a very nice and clean facility with good security. Thank you!

The storage was easy to check into and a good size with drive up access. 3 stars because you have to buy one of their $20 locks that I now have no purpose for since checking out

Kyle, the store manager at bell road location assisted with my renting process. He is extremely professional, and genuinely cared to understand my needs. He showed the suitable units, answered all the questions and made the renting process smooth and pleasant. If you are thinking of renting storage, rent from here! My experience with life storage was great! Kyle and his assistant helped me to rent a storage unit here at their location, these two guy’s were awesome ? they both handled everything in a professional matter ???? they also got me in and out of there real quick, which I loved because I had lots of other things to do that evening, I recommend life storage to anyone who needs a storage unit in this area. Thanks guy’s! Keep up the great work! ????

The Manager, Kyle, is professional and very helpful. A very easy rental experience. I recommend completely. The units are well managed and easy to access. The price is so affordable. A great decision on my part.
