Very well kept facility. Organized and clean. The manager, Randy, is very friendly and accommodating. Has helped on a few occasions while we were here organizing supplies in our unit.

I’ve been working with Extra Space Storage for quite a while now. I have to admit that when they took over this facility I was a little nervous but, as it turns out, they have always been helpful and accommodating. This facility is clean and well managed. There always seem to be carts available (can’t say the same in other places I’ve rented). It’s a safe location. The staff has always been pleasant and works with me if I have questions or needs. Raising rents has never been pleasant but even with that, they have been willing to work with me. I rarely do reviews so, if I’m doing this, I really mean it! I can recommend this facility for storage needs.

Sign up on line for our storage space was quick and straightforward. I had a question regarding long term rental and the Customer Service Rep who took my call was super helpful and got us set up to our specifications quickly and accurately. The facility is beautiful and truly cool inside.

Kathyln was friendly, knowledgeable and provided helpful advice. She patiently answered my questions & gave a complete tour so that I could choose the appropriate size & floor (Basement, Main, or 2nd). She also accompanied me to the outdoor gate keypad to ensure I'd have no problems opening it. Great experience. Thank you.
