Great rental experience overall. The facility is newer and was very clean inside and out. Easy access for entry and exit of both the building and property. Has the needed security for peace of mind. 2 elevators which is great in case one goes down, which happens to them all eventually even when maintained correctly. Lots of hand carts for getting your things to snd from the unit to your vehicle. Parking seems adequate for the property. Manager was knowledgeable about everything and was attentive to my questions and friendly.Having worked as a manager for another storage company for close to 5 years, I know my storage stuff and am picky about where I will store my things. This is one of the newest and cleanest facilities in the area and I have no issues at all keeping my things here. Can’t speak for the overall experience all the way through move out but am not worried. Can set up to pay and manage your account online which adds convenience to storing your items. Definitely worth checking out if you have need for storage space .
