I actually came in to see Linear and was able to also tour the sister property across the street- iLuminate. Both beautiful properties. Christian was awesome and I didn’t grab her name but the assistant manager at Linear was very helpful also. Pretty sure I found my new home in the beautiful downtown area.

The Linear team is top notch! The leasing team (Cristian/Marie) ensured we got into our unit quickly when we had just a few weeks to find a spot and move in. After a few issues appeared following our move, Richard and the maintenance team promptly arrived to address any concerns we had. Everyone has been extremely kind and welcoming. Fantastic community, high recommend!

I have a shout out for Linear Apartments. I I am an apartment locator. I have been working in this business for 12 years. I recently had a customer that I placed at this community. I worked with Dina. She is above and beyond excellence. Not only is she professional, but she is kind and she’s so caring. She sets the standard for her company. She genuinely cares about her applicants and her residents. She is beyond outstanding. I would highly recommend this community. I can tell you as an apartment locator I know that this company cares about their tenants and they go an extra mile. . I am so grateful to work with Dina and her team.

To my Linear family,Being a tenant going on 3 years I can honestly post this review in confidence. The staffing and management spend time with improvements that I as a tenant didn't think I needed until they took initiative in implementing changes. We all are a close nit community from the neighbors and the staff. Living downtown you can imagine the safety, sound control and congestion worries one might have.
