Horrible company to work with. Never on time for scheduled services, extremely poor communication

Charged for cleaning in November 22. December 23 had to have emergency cleaning at a cost of $800 . Was told by the gentleman who actually did cleaning that it had not been cleaned in at least 6 months.
Don't call for a refund Isaiah will not issue one. He also won't return your call.Lousy customer service .

Horrible service tried to call for an emergency pickup and they haven't shown up in the past 3 days. Not to mention they didn't pick up two weeks ago like they were supposed to.
