Was referred by a friend. He came over evaluated, gave me a quote, set up my appointment. Appointment day I took off work early to make sure I could meet him in time. He never showed, didn't call or answer my calls didn't text. That evening he answered my call and told me he got a nail in his arm. That's fine hope it gets better but no call. Instead of rescheduling me and maybe giving me a discount he threw me over to a different company. THAT GUY was GREAT!!!!

Just got set up with this company am very happy with my choice. It started with their salesman Walt, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and knew what system would work best for my property. As a first time home buyer it definitely helped having someone like him show me what works best. Then Joe came to do the install, he even brought a toy for my dog to play with! He left my house cleaner then when he arrived. He was very pleasant to be around and had the install completed very quickly.

I happened to be driving behind one of their drivers for a bit and noticed they were very courteous behind the wheel! Another car cut across traffic at the last minute at a red light and LitTech's driver backed up a little to let that car in. I believe that the small things are a testament to the company as a whole. Well done LitTech! I don't need security services at the moment but if I have the need in the future, I will definitely give you a call!!
