I’ve used a few moving companies over the years and this one was hands down the best. They showed up early, had all the right gear, and moved my entire two bedroom apartment without damaging anything. The crew was friendly and didn’t just toss stuff around like others I’ve seen. They wrapped all my furniture and even helped take apart the bed. Got everything to the new place without a single scratch. Only thing I would say is confirm the time slot the night before cause mine got adjusted last minute. Other than that they were awesome. No hidden fees and they actually worked fast without dragging it out. Worth every dollar. I tipped them well and already recommended them to a friend. If you need a reliable crew that takes care of your stuff this is the one.

Low Budget Movers did a great job helping us move from our apartment to our new home on very short notice. We called the day before, and they were able to fit us in quickly, which was a huge relief. The movers were efficient, professional, and handled everything with care, from wrapping large items to placing labeled boxes in the right rooms. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable moving services!

Horrible, horrible experienced, they broke all my furniture and never refunded me back my money or took responsibility over what happened, I will be filling a lawsuit against this company.

We had a service time window on October 15, 2023 where they were supposed to come between 1-3 PM and they blew us off until 7 at night and had a bunch of excuses, assuming our schedules didn’t matter. They also had a bunch of excuses when they ruined more than one of my personal belongings and knicked my furniture. The guy even mentioned someone not wrapping it correctly but didn't mention any damage he had obviously caused and also said the heat physically crushed in an item that was obviously damaged. Their voicemail is also full and you can't contact anyone during the process whatsoever. Worst moving experience I've ever had. The workers are not trustworthy, incompetent and were completely wreckless with my belongings. Please use someone else and make sure the phone number is working, especially during the actual move. Make sure you can actually contact someone. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone all day to even ask what was going on. They should have a direct cell to competent workers not dodging their responsibilities. A full voicemail is unacceptable for a service I’m paying for. I also missed responsibilities I had to tend to later because of them being 4 hours late. They didn’t even have the decency to call and let us know what was going on. This place is awful, choose somewhere else. It's worth paying a little more to not have your items damaged for hopefully a more high quality service that cares and is available with direct communication at all times.
The actually had the nerve to ask us for a cash tip at the end but had damaged belongings that also meant something to me sentimentally.

I have had bad experiences with movers in the past and I HIGHLY recommend this company. I had an urgent move to evacuate my home. These two guys had all my furnitures onto the truck within 1hr! They didn't mess around. Came straight to job early morning with a great "go to" attitude! Prompt, quick, professional, courteous, & did it with care! They wrapped up things I didn't think needed wrapping to protect the furnitures from hitting against walls & to not make it dirty!
On top of this, my new resident wasn't ready to move in as planned on that same day leaving me to go to a hotel for the night! Movers gladly left everything in truck for the night and waited for redelivery the following day. Very understanding, no pressure and made me less stress than I already was!
Next morning they met at new location, emptied everything within the hour and waived the overnight fee due to it not being my fault and showing compassion & understanding for a stressed out customer on a tight budget & paying to stay over night in a hotel! They were so quick to settle me in to new place so I can hit the road back to CA for a personal emergency!
I will forever use them and for anyone who had a bad experience please give them another chance, maybe it was a bad day, they could have been short on drivers or trucks, but had you spoke to the owner "Mario" he would definitely done everything he can to help you. Mario was one of the mover I had with over 20+years of experience! It showed! He is also the owner of the company! If there was 10 star I would give it to this company because they were worth every dime, tips and reputation! Thank you Mario & your team. You have no idea how much you helped me out & gave me faith again for movers! You made things less stress for someone who just had the rain pouring down on me at such a bad time!

I love this moving company! I went with them 3 times for big moves and I wouldn’t go with another company. They wrap up any delicate furniture and what you think would be impossible to move they can do it. With all my moves I had 6 different employees and all of them have been great. Their positive attitude made my moves so much more enjoyable. The company overall is easy to book and you don’t have to work around what they have available.

Awful! Will never use again! The new storage unit manager wouldn’t let the movers in the gate. So I had to drive 25 minutes to get there and the movers charged me an extra $100 for the minutes it took me to get there instead of understanding the situation and to make forever clients!

Low Budget Movers did a fabulous job on my daughter’s move. Very fast, and took great care of their belongings. The guys were very professional and friendly! Ricky Scott was the first person in the scheduling, and was spot on with his customer service!

I can’t remember who I spoke with on the phone, but they were very open to questions, patient, and incredibly they got me on the schedule THE-NEXT-DAY of my call.The gentlemen that helped me move were José and Christian, who were both awesome to have helping me. I spent 5 minutes walking through the best plan of action I had come up with as I was extremely unprepared and not really ready to move at all, but they didn’t mind and got straight to it all while doing a fantastic job helping me get ready, and most importantly getting it done.I even sprung more items to move on them compared to what I declared when they first got there, and they were more than happy to get it done. I would highly recommend using this company for the experience you get with the movers themselves, the speed at which they can get you on the schedule, and the efficiency that they bring. Not to mention, this was fantastically priced!
