It's a very good store, but they should update their hours because the GPS shows that they close at 9 on Sundays, and the store says they close at 8.

Placed an online order 3/17 for delivery with the Surprise store for lumber. (3/18) Showed up to surprise store to pick the hardware that I was told is ready for pick up, show up and only 1 box of screws was ready and the rest of order was rescheduled for (3/25). Said no thanks canceled the rest of the hardware so only the lumber would remain and still be delivered on time. For some reason it was pushed to this West Phoenix store. We were never updated of the change until attempting to call on the day of delivery (3/19) to verify if it was still showing up, that the order was staged at another store. (3/20) Called the “next” store the next day and was told there’s been a delay from the delivery team, for no specified reason, shipping team had to reschedule twice now. Show up to the store (3/20), no managers were present, 1 supervisor was there but could not have any authorization for customer inconvenience discount AND LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF DISCUSSION. Called again to verify delivery would still make it today (3/21), delivery window would be 8am to 12pm. Called at 1 oclock and was told the driver is on the other side of the Valley and should still make it today. Why am I having to call every waking minute to keep of my order and there has been ZERO communication from the company. At all. Definitely never ordering from Lowe’s again. Very disappointed in management as well

Very bad service, customer service is not your priority, you can go back to help me and I did not get it, because nobody came to the plumbing corridor, I went to the orange competition, and there if they helped me.

Male employee in the paint department stated to me that l could only buy 2 mini buckets. I said that there was no sign to that. He stated it on the box. The female who was helping me both of us looked no statement of this was stated. So l bought what l wanted. However l felt it was not necessary,behavior on his side.

Worked here years ago..Had to be trained on all the stations. Key cutting , rekey. Blind cutting , mixing paint etc.I went to but a door knob, had to order no problem..Then I needed it rekeyed and on 3 different occasions was told no one in the store including the manager on duty knew how to do it. Was given times when a person would be able to and went back at those times and no one could do it. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. We went in and it was like pulling teeth for them to use their phones to look an item number up even though it was in clearly in their vest. Christian, the guy in customer service, looked past us and immediately sent us to the self check out to ask another person where an item was instead of looking up an item number so he could quickly help a woman with her chest out that he immediately ogled once she entered the line. Then when we get to the self check-out. They don’t bother pulling out their phone and instead begin to go to a computer to look things up. But again, they could have used their Zebra. They refused to hit the button that tells them more locations for where top stock could be. Then she tells us we can to order it online. No one wants to work and would rather pass off to another associate. And we just wanted a specific item. No background knowledge or special understanding needed. Just an item.

Purchased an Ellenbee 24" Vanity white. It had a Forklift hole in the bottom, but what really pissed me off was the piss-poor packaging the Vanity was in. No protection from shipping blunders. I returned this POS, and got an Allen A&R Crest Hill 24" Vanity. It had 1 inch foam protection, with wooden base plate and wooden top packaging protection. I paid a little more, but as they say, you get what you pay for.
