The majority of my tools are Craftsman which I have been acquiring since high school. I've gone to this location several times over the years as I used to work in a nearby building, and anytime I've brought back anything Craftsman for lifetime warranty issues, I get looked at like I'm crazy and the employees want to get into an argument over a single tool that costs less than $10.
What a shame.

While this visit was limited to the return/replacement of a tool, the experience provided by your associate, Melissa, reminded me that there are people who still can take customer service to the next level. Instead of doing what I would have recognized as the minimum necessary, she took the initiative of seeing my issue through to the end. Instead of just giving me the number of the tool company's warranty department, she made the call herself. This kept me from going home to navigate the dread of phone support while questioning my purchase. Yea, she made me happy.
