I went there to for an exchange.It's a very pleasant experience.I recommended to everybody even to my enemies. The manager was more than helpful and it even got a gift card for the reminder.She is so wonderful. I recommend to everyone

The staff was absolutely rude and never acknowledged me. It was Mother’s Day and they all were talking in back when I walked in and didn’t mind to hide their facial expressions on how bothered they were when I asked for help. I will never shop here again. Lululemon needs to do better at training their staff.

I went to ask about a pair of shorts that ripped. As soon as the question left my lips I was shut down and told that they don’t do that anymore. I went into Arrowhead mall asked the same question. Not only did they actually talk to me, they answered my question and told me to bring my shorts in and they will get them fixed! I normally don’t write reviews, but I’ll never go back to this store! I wear lulu because of the quality and customer service, if not for Arrowhead location I wouldn’t be wearing them at all anymore!

Horrible customer service. I was sitting in the waiting area of the fitting room helping my BF with his clothes. A bunch of staff members just went all over the table surrounding me talking about their shifts, personal life and what not. When I stood up just to check my bf’s pants which is 2 steps away, a staff member decided to sit where I was sitting with my purse right in front of her which is a sign it’s occupied. Also I was 2 steps away. Looked at me and unpleasantly wasn’t happy to move. A few of them had starbucks iced so when they left, the table was wet with circles that all went to my elbow when I rested my arms on the table. There seems to be no manager here or any management whatsoever. No staff member also acknowledged that there’s customer there. Disappointing lululemon. Staff manners is a major fail here
