This is the only MAC store I will buy my cosmetics at...because of Amy! My mom and I love going into the store, chatting with Amy AND learning about makeup because she knows it all! She has helped us both find the perfect shades of lipstick, blush, eyeshadow and powder...Amy's knowledge about the brand is impeccable. Her makeup application is flawless!! If you ever need your makeup done for a special occasion or just need new MAC products, please go visit Amy. She is the BEST!

Amy helped me pick a palette and some key items for my wedding makeup. She taught me how to apply, shade and blend. I felt beautiful and confident all day and most importantly, my look lasted.

I don't wear a lot of makeup, and my son insisted I get some new lipstick colors and suggested I go to Mac. I was helped by a wonderful young lady named Amy. She was very patient with me and kind. I'll be back to see Amy next time I need more makeup, she is the BEST!

My daughter is starting a new career and travels frequently. I wanted to get her started with a new skincare routine and have her professionally matched so she could know which colors and products to use to achieve her look. We cane into Mac at the Biltmore and had the pleasure of being helped by Amy. She is the epitome of professional and thanks to her time, patience, positive energy and honed skillset, my daughter learned new application techniques, and got a full compliment of skincare and makeup.
The store overall was great, and the other ladies working there seemed friendly, but i was glad we were helped by Amy. Thank you Amy!

I’m only giving two stars because someone spent their time for this service. However! Came for birthday makeup - let me note I am visiting from Chicago where I go to MAC & get my face BEAT! Here - not so much. If you’re familiar with MAC most locations have a spending minimum - theirs is $90 for a FULL 45 min FACE BEAT here. I purchased $90 worth of stuff I didn’t need and I don’t have a drop of concealer or contour on my face. Oh! My artist didn’t do my brows. It doesn’t seem as if the requirements for the MUAs are the same because there were 2.5 people in there that were actual make up artists! I am FURIOUS I have to go home and do my own makeup. I could have purchased product only! Additionally my appointment started 15 min LATE & took an HOUR. An entire hour for a thin layer of shadow, foundation and lipstick. This is unbelievable. There was a lady that I wanted to help. Her makeup was terrible & not the “inspired look” she requested and they knew it was because Amy who seemed like a manager tried to fix it the shadow. The woman had her looking like the Joker & she was visibly upset.

I had my best cosmetics shop experience here. Everyone is so attentive and friendly. Chanel is such an makeup artist who has been doing makeup for 20+ years. She offered me a men's makeup, very natural and very minimalism that fits my ootd perfectly. Highly recommend!!!

I wish I could give them a zero. I came here from way across town for this appointment for eye makeup assistance. I was late. They told me they had other appointments. However. I never saw anyone else come in for thier alleged appointments within the thirty min time slots that they said they had. I drove back here a second time for my appointment. I was late with traffic construction. The lady was rude and said we have alot of appointments today. We can't see you until 530pm today. I asked if there was anyone else coming in right away. She said yes. However, I waited around to see if anyone else came. No one else came in the 20-25 mins I stayed in the store. Then while I'm there, a white lady comes in without an appointment. She is sat in the chair and waited on a catered to promptly. I will NEVER buy any Mac products as long as I live.

Wow, what a great experience. I came in for some inspiration for a 60s themed party and Anna transformed me in minutes. She was absolutely incredible and I’m so thankful for her expertise.
