We had very helpful shopping guidance by several shopping assistants/clerks and cashiers. They gave us guidance on multiple departments and accompanied us from one floor to another.
Napoleon helped us find both men's and women's pants, on different floors. He agreed to let me post his picture.
In the Women's sections there are multiple fitting rooms with good seating for husbands.

We came in and we were welcomed by an amazing and sweet lady Called “Victoria”. She works for paco Rabbane. She was super helpful and sweet. Gave us everything we needed. She’s a gem.

I genuinely like this macy's. I've been to a few all over the country, and this one seems to be higher end and organized. It's also in a very cute outdoor mall.

This store has some nice associates, but more so scary older women. Fragrance is an unpleasant experience and so is the jewelry department that lets face it looks more like Walmart than Macys. There is an older tall blonde lady who isn't nice but creey and follows you around to the point I left and went to Saks. Another older lady, shorter long darkish with gray hair is rude. I stopped by last night to do some Christmas shopping and saw a Fossil watch that caught my eye. Finally a nice associate named Deanna was able to help me. Kind, sweet smile, pretty. She even took several of the links out of my watch for me. Kudos to her and her kindness and spirit and Napoleon. Dude is awesome!

I love Macy’s you find great clothes at incredibly reasonable prices for all level of budgets. The quality is wonderful as well. Need to hire more employees because sometimes the clerk that is helping is the Only person on the floor.

I had a disappointing racial experience at the fragrance department that I feel compelled to address. The older white lady who unwilling assisted me was not only rude but also dishonest. After purchasing Good Girl, I pointed out that the sample she placed in my bag was empty. I showed her the small sample bottle as proof, yet she remained indifferent and offered no apology. Instead, she rudely insisted that I go to a different Macy's for a sample, claiming that the entire fragrance department was out of every single sample. This was frustrating, especially since I observed other non-Black customers being offered samples without having made any purchases. Her dismissive tone and behavior were completely unacceptable.
