I spoke to a representative on here called Shana and she was unnecessarily rude to me, she insinuated I was not making sense, might I add VERY RUDELY because of a question I asked which was a standard procedure question. If that’s how customers are treated here I will not be recommending this credit union to anyone ever.. I’m offended because her rude response was not warranted in any way or form. Even after bringing to her attention I didn’t like how she addressed me, she never apologized. Smh. Just poor.

I have been with this credit union for 30 years +. I have purchased numerous cars in that time and have always been very satisfied with the professionalism of this company. I will continue to use their assistance as needed in the future. I have never had any complaints of this company. Highly recommended!!!

Stay away from this credit union! They know nothing regarding vehicle values or anything! Went to get a auto loan through them and the low ball the vehicle value. Called another credit union and they said the truck I was buying was work 5k more than what these guys said! They just wanted to get more money down! Terrible service!Update: You couldn't find my app because Thomas probably ripped it up! Terrible customer service

Profit before people! I have an auto loan thru Marisol. I recieved a 1% rate reduction for setting up automatic payments on my account. I tried to pay early and wasn't allowed. I paid it early on line and marisol increased my rate. I found out by Tomas R. sending me a letter that the change was made increasing my rate. Profit before people.

The second I went into the building; it was a great experience. The customer service was spot on, and they were very friendly in helping with what I needed. I would definitely recommend this credit union.

Listen I've been backing with Marisol federal credit union since August 2022. There is a lady who has gone over and beyond for me since I've been working with this bank She's very professional and does her job well. She has the best customer service. I've seen in a long time that is very consistent . Her name is Nancy. Keep up the good ?

I got a loan and the proceeds have been hung up for more than a week …. Later…..There are still 3 ridiculous banking snafus with my loan proceeds. For customer service, the COO’s response to the 10 day delay in getting my loan was to blame and shame me for swearing. Later..All is resolved because I refuse to ruin a good life over banking screw ups.

Had an issue with some overdraft fees and getting into contact with staff to find a resolution. Which is a frustrating experience but after being able to talk to management they were reasonable and addressed the issue. Overall I find the staff friendly and accommodating.

Horrible Credit Union. Fees charged for literally everything you do transfers from account to account within the same institution is just greed. My chime, wells, az federal and others don't charge why do you. The "forced" savings account with your car loan is asinine. How can you tell someone they HAVE to pay extra on the car loan to put into a savings when they don't need to or want to? Once my car is paid off this account is getting closed. Did the same to a relative charged her account over 300 for overage fees when there was money in the account. That's right they took ALL of her money for a week straight and offered no explanation. Where are all the workers of color? Heck even caucasian workers? Diversity is non existent here and the staff is rude. Very.

I have been doing my personal banking with Marisol for a number of years now. Maybe I've been conditioned due to bad experiences, but I always dread having to contact any "customer service". Yet, every time I have needed something from Marisol, I always ask myself why I delayed. I always feel better when I hang up the phone, and I've always received the service I requested. I hang up feeling like I've just done business with a PERSON, not battled with a DICTATOR.When I was unemployed mid-pandemic--and claims were backed up by months--I had to call and confess that I might be late on my auto payment. The were so kind. As it turned out, my benefits came through and I was able to make my payment on time.Then the phone rang...I saw the caller ID. You know how it is when you've been struggling financially, you dread the "bill collector's" ask--we are taught to feel shame even when the situation is beyond our control. You know how it is when you're struggling financially: you dread having to answer the phone and face the "bill collector".I suspected I'd have to explain that there had been some mistake--my payment was made. I had no doubt that's what they were calling about. After all, for what other reason would your auto lender call you other than about your missed payment?Except, the ask about my payment never came. Instead, he asked me, "How are you doing, Sharon?" I responded politely, still expecting the "ask".But that was it. Seriously. He was just calling to see how I was doing considering everything that had been going on. No joke!When I started my own business, can you guess who I decided to business with? Maybe I can't call them at 10pm on a Saturday. Maybe I will need to wait until Monday morning to speak with someone.But you know what? Life is full of choices, and sometimes we have to make sacrifices. I choose to acknowledge I might need to plan ahead a bit more, but if that's all I need to do in order to sacrifice the opportunity to be treated like a number and charged every month so a giant corporation can use my money, sign me up!Thanks Marisol, for helping me through a difficult time. I look forward to growing my businesses with you!

I have been a member of Marisol Credit Union for many years and I have been trying to get an issue with my safe deposit box resolved for years. When calling, they never answer the phone or return phone calls. I have also emailed and have not received a response. This is extremely poor customer service!!

This place has to be the worst Credit Union in the Valley. I had 2 credit unions in the previous state I lived. I never thought about writing a review for the other 2. Which I most certainly will now. I was approved for a car loan. So, I searched 3 different times I told them I found a car. I need a check let's get going. Each time it was 2-3 days before they replied. Then I'd get excuses someone in the department was off. That was the delay. How do these people who work there survive. They are only open from 9-6 M and 9-5 the rest of the week. No Saturdays. That's 41 hours of the week without lunch they are open. If you're a working class person and work days. Forget it. Unless you go on your lunch. They're never open. This place is basically like a paralyzed limb. Useless

I just recently began the process to set up a checking account with MFCU because I am a ValleyWise Employee. Karrie sent me the information I needed to send over and was VERY attentive to me. She called me on 2 different days because of scheduling conflicts and never seemed bothered with me at all. I enjoyed talking with her.Aside from the checking, we applied for a loan. A few months back my mom became critically I’ll with Covid and needed to be put on a ventilator. This took a toll on my household and now that my mom is back at her home getting better we are hoping to get approved for a loan to get back on our own feet so that we can avoid loans with severely high interest rates. I talked with Shana, and so far she’s been great. No one has berated or belittled us- thus far. Everyone seems super nice and even Shana can’t get an approval, I whole heartedly can see that she tried and always talked to me like a kind human being!
