My experience with this store was great. Calvin was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He took time to educate me on a few things. I almost passed this store by due to its poor ratings on Google. I happy I made the drive.

Went here to place an order but they didn’t let us in because they said they close early and don’t have any people in sales but didn’t change their store hours on their website. I guess they are too busy and don’t need business. Make sure to call first before going there or take your money somewhere else.

We made a special trip and arrived at the Bell location at 3:45pmonly to watch one of the employees closing the gate. Very disappointed, especially when the sign says open to the public. Their hours don't seem to reflect that they want business or value their customers.

Incompetence at every level. To begin, it is impossible to get an employee to answer the phone during normal business hours. We stopped by this location while looking for a very specific style of brick. Fortunately Marvel was able to provide a solution but as others have commented, this company is not trustworthy. I placed an order for a style that this location didn’t stock and was told they’d have to order it from California. I ordered 20% more than I knew I needed so I was incredibly specific before the purchase in confirming the unopened boxes were returnable. I was told yes.After the project I brought the unused pieces back just to be told it was not eligible for return. After enough back and forth they finally gave in and issued the return.The previous comments of dishonest business practices are accurate. We normally shop at Bedrosians, unfortunately they didn’t have what we needed for this project. I spend tens of thousands of dollars a year on projects around the valley. Marvel will never get another dime of that.I guess fortunately for me though their employees don’t answer the phone. Because if they did and would have answered my question confirming if the product could be returned or not I would have just kept it for the next project. Their incompetence did pay, for me.

This place sucks. Want to wait forever for materials? this is your place, very slow and unorganized. they say they have it all until you go in and try to buy it.

They are a bunch of thieves!!! they charge $24 per pallet but they only return $18 when you return them and they said is maintenance charge. They never mention anything like it.

Great retail masonry supply and materials yard, I used to buy Supermortar there, but it is now Dynamortar. I get professional results because it works much better than the pre mix products that are hard to work with. I recently needed Flue liners, there was a material shortage, the manager Chrissy made a call, had them on a truck, and I picked them up two days later instead of waiting a month. Thank you Chrissy.

Best place for masonry and building materials in Phoenix .No matter what you need , this is the place to get it, the loading staff is great , the materials are top quality , and the sales team is even better, look for Jesus at the counter and your project will immediately become easier .Great quality and knowledgeable service . ??????

Rick helped me to find right available pavers with right price. I need to get black graphite holland as well for my backyard design. He got it from other stores and delivered it on time when other shops said it is not available and will deliver in 6 weeks. I recommend Marvel and Rick to my friends.

This is the worst company in Arizona. They are not customer focused AT ALL. They will lie to your face. They will sell products to you THAT THEY DONT HAVE IN STOCK!! And they won't tell you they don't have it stock until you go to pick it up! There's an Anthony that works at this store that is the worst version of human scum it's really no wonder he works at a shit company like Marvel- he would never be able to get a job at an honorable company. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!
