About Massage Envy
Massage Envy offers a welcoming experience, with helpful staff assisting with gift card purchases and scheduling. The team at the front desk is kind and accommodating, and the massage therapists are skilled and attentive. Rouba, a standout therapist, is highly recommended due to her exceptional care and attention to clients' needs. Bookings can be competitive, but the result is well worth the wait. With a focus on customer satisfaction and relaxation, Massage Envy provides a rejuvenating experience for its clients. The Laveen location has been a favorite for many, with talented and caring massage therapists like Kamilah, Rouba, and Brigette. The front desk staff, including Carla, Aspen, Megan, and Neiah, consistently create a welcoming and supportive environment. However, recent changes in the leadership have led to some concerns about maintaining the quality of care experienced by loyal customers.
