I had an A/C issue and I called Masterwerks and spoke to Alex. She was very helpful and informed me they could see me the next morning. I opted to drop my car off that evening instead and it was no problem. The next day they called me early, around 8:30 to update me. Sara said she could get the part in by late morning and it should be completed by the end of the day. Imagine my surprise when I got a call at 1:30 to let me know the work was completed! WOW! That was fast. I appreciate their honesty and fair pricing. Thank you!!

The manager logan at big O tires on 19th and happy Valley has always taken good care of our cars whether it’s tires brakes AC service. I’ve always left a very satisfied customer. The prices are right. The service is amazing. I would recommend Big go to anyone.!!!!

Sara and her team was AWESOME. Had an after market suspension parts installed to improve tire wear since Teslas rear tires tend to have extreme tire wear on the inside of the tires. This should correct that issue. They also aligned the car once the parts were installed. Teslas are not easy vehicles to align and they got it done. Highly recommend Masterwerks for all of you automotive needs.

I brought my vehicle in to Masterwerks for a possible suspension and alignment issue. After the initial consultation and diagnosis, I opted for alignment service. Great family owned repair shop!
Unfortunately the engine in my subaru spun a bearing. Masterwerks was able to find a engine and get it installed within a few days. It's been running great since. Found my goto for all my car repairs!

I really like masterworks when I have an issue with my vehicle I take it to them cause I know they will fix the problem that I have on my truck they are very friendly. They respond quickly on repair quotes and talk about what my vehicle needs repair on. I like talking to Sara she makes me feel comfortable knowing that they will do there best to repair my truck. I will keep taking my truck to masterworks for my repair needs

This place is great. Took my vehicle in cause the suspension was making a noise. After several attempts we were finally able to get the noise to make with no charge. After digging into it they gave me a call telling me that they could, replace a part but couldn’t promise that the noise would go away and that they didn’t want me to spend the money on a fix that might not work- who does that! They did leave it up to me to decide. In they I went with the fix! Its good to go to a place that doesn’t just tell you stuff to make a buck. Go there they are nice, professional.
