I've bought 2 mattresses from this place and I wont go anywhere else. They have the best prices of any mattress retailer. And they make the mattresses there!!!These are hi quality mattresses for half the price of any retailer.. because there is no middle man. You get the mattress where its made!!I highly recomend the Mattress Factory. Jim is awesome!!

We have an Airstream with twin beds that have a curved corner. Several places make these, but there's no way to flip the mattress over because there's a top and bottom. So we went to Jim at Mattress Factory. He custom built two twin latex mattresses with both sides as tops, so we can flip them over! What a game changer. Now, my husband's mattress will be flipped over and become my mattress the next month. Jim said this will extend the life of our mattresses by years. I can't recommend this place enough!

Stellar service and work - Jim and his team were able to decrease the width on a few mattresses I had that were slightly too wide for the frame. His team even did it while I was there at the time I dropped it off.I was concerned no other company would take the time to do what I needed but the guys on his team and himself definitely did - much appreciated!

I was looking for a new mattress for my tractor trailer which was a custom size 42" x 78". Truck parts stores and dealers had many different ones that were advertised but most were 800.00 or more and you could not try them out. I even tried a mattress big box store and they said it would be no less than 1600.00 but probably close to 2000.00 Well a friend of mine recommended Mattress Factory so I went in and checked it out. We were greeted by Jim and he asked me what I was looking for. I explained the size and he made some suggestions and then had me test a few mattresses and even had a custom area to custom build. Jim was awesome, he is like a friend you have known for years. He listened to what I was after and he delivered in a big way. The mattress was ready in 2 days and the price was unbelievable. He took the old one to the trash and installed the new one (in a tractor you have limited space and have to go through the door) and made it look easy. The mattress fit perfectly and the comfort is out of this world. I have had it for 4 days and I can finally get a good nights sleep. It is so comfortable I may never sleep in the house again. I would highly recommend Mattress Factory and make sure you get Jim you will not be disappointed.

I was in desperate need to replace my sleeper sofa mattress in my Airbnb. Due to Covid Amazon and Walmart and most other suppliers were on back order for 3 to 4 weeks. I called around and found Jim at mattress factory who went above and beyond for me. He understood my challenges and came up with a perfect solution in a matter of minutes. He had a custom foam mattress made for me in under 24 hours (spring mattress was also offered but I didn't see the need) for a better price than waiting 3 to 4 weeks for something to be delivered.

We went in on Monday and spoke with Jim for about 45 minutes to an hour. He was awesome. Showed us all the choices and the different types. I knew what I wanted so he showed me several options and had us try several different beds and thicknesses. We had to re-measure just to make sure of the right size as this mattress is for a RV king, which is 72 x 78 not normal bed size. Anyway we ordered it on Tuesday and he said it would be done on Thursday. They make the mattresses right there at the factory in Phoenix. He called us Wednesday and said the mattress is already done and ready for pick up. Picked it up and set it up and I slept sooo well on our new mattress last night! Extremely pleased with our choice! We had actually had gone to camping world to find a mattress and only they had 3 choices and they're spenty! So some guy walked by and told my husband, go to Mattress Factory, they're the best! He was definitely right!

We needed to have a new mattress made for our RV. Jim was VERY knowledgeable, and made sure we were going to be satisfied with the end result. After trying a variety of beds, he looked at our needs, and the options available. Because it's for an RV, we had depth limitations. We wanted the comfort of a 15 inch mattress, only much shorter. Because of that, Jim put together a custom mattress just for us. This is not your box store with limited choices. We loved the experience. They take your exact requirements, (firmness, size, materials, etc.), and have the mattress made in just a few days. I echo some of the other reviews, ditch the mattress stores, and get a better mattress from Mattress factory.

Talk about a gem!!! Literally buying from the factory! You tell them what size, what material etc, and they make it!! Took only 3 days for our RV king mattress! Jim is very personable and informative!If you are looking for a mattress, I couldn’t recommend anywhere else to go! He has EVERYTHING! Plus can make it softer, firmer, etc!You’re not buying something from a big box retailer who uses just a one size fits all, you get something custom made for you!
