We were scrambling for a last minute solution with some family coming in from out of town for Thanksgiving. We just needed a bed frame for our air mattress to accommodate a friend who has some mobility issues. Called Mattress Firm. Spoke to Thomas. He helped and called back, as promised. Great job. Very much appreciated.

I came in with my grandparents who recently relocated from Illinois and needed a new mattress for their house. Anthony was so friendly, kind and patient as they worked their way through the decision. It was no pressure, they got what they needed and could not stop talking about how nice and helpful he was the whole ride home. He took care of my grandparents the way I would and you can’t bottle that kind of awesome. Thanks again Anthony, their new mattress made their day!! ☺️

We bought a new mattress today! And Jonathan at Mattress Firm in Scottsdale made it so much easier than we anticipated. He gave us space to look around and then was extremely helpful when we were ready with questions. Thanks again, Jonathan!!

After moving, after endless boxes and everything that is associated with a major move, the absolute last thing I thought I’d do today was buy a new mattress because my to do list is endless. But low and behold, Thomas was amazing and I’ll have a new mattress by the time this review goes live!!! My last mattress was also from Mattress Firm, so I already have had success with the company and their products. However, I wanted to “upgrade” my current sleeping situation by adding an adjustable base and going up a size. Thomas was genuine and knowledgeable while never being pushy or overly sales pitchy. He listened to my concerns and interests, and made the appropriate suggestions to help me make an informed decision!I’m excited and can hardly wait to be sleeping comfortably on my new mattress tomorrow!!!

The sales man was a font of information. But unfortunately he didn’t understand a bad back. The mattress we got was completely wrong for a bad back. We tried it for 2 months and it never got better, to the extent I had to get a massage and adjustment so I wasn’t in such pain.He also advised us the wrong return policy, so we ended up losing over $600.Definitely wouldn’t buy another bed from them.

Benny was very knowledgeable about the products and conducted himself in a professional manner. It was enjoyable working with him and would recommend him in any sales capacity or interpersonal communication related circumstance.

Benny was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a good selection of mattresses and he helped us narrow it down to our needs. With his help we left with a complete package of bed, sheets and pillows. Delivery was only a couple of days out that was a plus.

My experience was excellent. Des was my salesperson and she was amazing. She was honest and thoughtful and I’m so grateful for her. Alan and Benny, two other salespeople, were there and were just as helpful and kind. These three should be the face of Mattress Firm!

We Bought a mattress at the Mattress Firm on Mayo and Scottsdale Road yesterday.Pam is who assisted us. She was friendly and professional. She listened to the needs we shared and tried to match the best mattress accordingly. It was delivered today on time during the window she gave us. Delivery was flawless, in and out in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend especially after having couple poor experiences at other bedding stores.
