Had appointments then they would reschedule then after visits they wanted me to to call them for appointments and tell me they were busy those days…just tell me the days and time, all you want is the money and don’t care about the patients!!!!

Estimates can be a few THOUSANDS dollars more than the given estimate. Paid an estimate provided to me before my appointment. Got a bill stating I owe thousands more because the estimates don’t calculate everything. That is extremely unprofessional and puts patients in financial situations. Estimates shouldn’t be a few thousand dollars off and someone should set up the expectation of paying double than the estimate. Also when you pay the estimate only some of the money goes to the estimate while they take the money and pay other bills without notifying you or getting permission. State should be looking into the billing department and how they are being handled. So disappointed in the company. I wouldn’t recommend mayo to anyone.Scheduling can get horrible. They sometimes over book and have to reschedule the day of your appointment, they blind schedule you and don’t say anything, they cancel appointments without saying anything, does not seem there is much communication between the scheduling departments. Drs somewhat listen to you but they still only have 20 min to listen and diagnose you. So you have to go back a few times for the right help.Update: once they cannot figure out how to control your pain they start ignoring your messages in the portal. If they cannot help I would expect them to advise of someone who can but they just say it’s up to you to look. They explain they don’t do referrals outside of Mayo. If they can’t help I would expect them to refer to someone who can even if they aren’t in Mayo.Another update: I have been going to Mayo for about 5 years every month. Scheduling has gotten better and smoother. Drs we’re not able to fix me and said they do not do long term care or long term pain management. I asked if they recommended another Dr I could see for long term not in Mayo if they are unable to assist me further. They said they do not do recommendations. I still left in pain and trying to find a Dr to help me.In process of looking for a new facility due to no help, being pushed around, and finances. Disappointed in experience and wasted time and money.

All the workers are helpful and friendly. Check in is very clear and quick. They are very good at asking questions and providing service. Just don’t expect to get good sleep when you get there.

We have been using Mayo Hospital's Valet service for several years and have always been pleased with the great attitudes of their staff along with the prompt courteous delivery of our car. It is refreshing to see that there are still workers that care about the people they serve and the excellent service they provide.

Came to er was not admitted though my numbers were almost the same as when they admitted me 3 months ago. The er Dr said it was highly probable that I would be admitted so I sent my ride home it's now 130 in the morning and I have no ride home because they are sleeping. I texted my ride asking for them to pick me up when they wake up THEN THE ER NURSE CALLED MY DAUGHTER AND MY SON WAKING THEM UP WHEN THEY BOTH HAVE TO WORK 1 IS A TRUCK DRIVER AND NEEDS HIS SLEEP. THIS IS HORRIFIC.

I really appreciate Mayo. I rarely have to wait to be seen, they run everything with great efficiency, and their app is amazing to get test results and other communications.

Daniel Todorov, Account Manager, Valet services for Mayo Clinic. Recently, an unfortunate incident occurred where our car keys were misplaced by the valet services at Mayo Clinic. It came to the attention of Daniel, who was very apologetic. He did everything in his power to accommodate us, including driving us approximately 60-70 miles, in his own vehicle, to get us to an engagement, so we wouldn't miss it! He found our keys AND delivered our car to us, at our home, the next day. He definitely made the best of some unpleasant experiences. We will definitely be using this service again. That is what we have come to expect from the professionals at Mayo Clinic!

He laughs and constantly talks down to his housekeeping staff on a daily basis! His behavior is unacceptable unprofessional and needs immediate attention. Mabior A. Ayuen isn't a good fit for Mayo! Been here for a little over 3weeks now, last time I was here was 3months ago. They ran tests, gave me blood and drained a cyst in my liver last time but once my insurance changed to AHCCCS ( cause I had lost my job) all the testing and concern STOPPED and all they focused on was managing my pain enough to send me home, despite me crying, begging and pleading with them that something wasn’t right and I was in too much pain, asking them to please repeat some test but was RUDELY AND DISRESPECTFULLY told by one of the Doctors that they were not going to do anymore testing, they would not do any more draining of the cysts in my liver and that I was going to have to “live with the pain “ and sure enough was discharged a couple days later. After discharge, I was still in so much pain I couldn’t get out of bed. I was forced to “live with it “ and cried myself to sleep daily. 3 months later, went back because of the pain and wouldn’t you know, I have Cancer. Colon cancer, that has already spread to my liver but NOBODY can explain how it wasn’t caught last time. How they could do all the tests and found nothing. Still not getting any straight answers from them and now, I’m not only having to live with the pain, I’m terrified if I’ll continue to live, due to this cancer. If you don’t have good insurance, don’t go to Mayo, the consideration of the quality of your life depends on it. They’ll go home, kiss their family and go about their business, just another day; you’ll get left having to tell your family you have cancer and include them of “living with it” , that pain that comes along with cancer.
