This McDonalds has HORRIBLE customer service. It’s always something but this time was ridiculous. I came through the drive through and ordered food for my kids as this is what they requested.. My middle child loves to mix his drinks so as usual I ordered his favorite: 1/2 Dr. Pepper 1/2 Sprite. Upon ordering the young woman told me to hold… She can back on and said they cannot mix soda for us to pick something else. I just think that’s absurd.. I used to work in the fast food industry so I always give them the benefit of the doubt but this is point blank laziness. I asked why they can’t mix the soda and they said “The machine dispenses per small, medium and large drink”. They cannot make it. I’m not sure what kind of drink machine they have but usually there’s some type of manual button on it and even if there wasn’t they could always go to the lobby and fill the drink.. OR make a small Dr. Pepper and a small Sprite then mix it in the Large cup. I mean, it’s not difficult to make your customers happy. That was such a small ask.. I will never return to this McDonald’s. The food is always wrong, it’s filthy on top of having the worst customer service ever. Do better McDonalds.

Tired of all these fast food places obsessed with drive thru metrics. Send you to the double doors no matter how busy. It's dumb looping around an already busy parking lot. McDonalds and their like needs to go the way of the dinosaur. Learn to make properly priced food aka for poor people.

I had order for Biscuit egg and cheese sandwich and was charged for it and ended up getting a biscuit egg sandwich. Very poor service and definitely wrongful charging people I have my receipts to show how nasty this food and restaurant really is starting to get out here in north phx area

I ordered ahead 2 happy meals, a burger and a large ice water. I ordered at 8:08 and saw the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I parked in a spot instead of waiting in line. The ENTIRE drive thru was helped and empty and I still did not have my food. As I was leaving to go to the drive thru at 8:26 some guy runs out and gives me my order that's missing things (apples in kids meals and our ice water) and never returns with the items like he said he would. By the time all this happens there's another line around the building. We decide to just leave, get home and our food is cold and soggy and the kids were less than interested in it

They really hire some special people here. Because how do you not know to accept a roll of quarters ($10) ALREADY COUNTED but proceed to count the roll of quarter's to give me the rest … and still have an attitude lol. Hire better people, that’s embarrassing

I head to this location usually during breakfast time.??☕I get oatmeal or the sausage egg mcgriddle (no cheese)I use the app to order ahead that way I can use the deal{2$breakfast sandwich}If you go when the manager Alyssa is working, the service is sure to be friendly, fast, and your order will be correct!

McDonald’s won’t hurt from my review but it makes me terribly sad that the employees are so frightened of their manager/management that they forced out an older man in a wheel chair because he hadn’t “ordered before 9”. It was 9:03.They could have let him order.The crew practically had PTSD from a mixture of management and clientele. They were extremely generous and thankful and sorry for my wait, that was long, but not so long that it would’ve needed an apology. We as people have gotten out of control for anything that just happened to be deemed “okay”. Very sad.

We had a midnight craving and decided to stop by. The line wasn't the greatest but well worth the wait. We were pleased with the service that Micheal provided. I believe he was the only person working the window and never let the chaos overcome him. So much energy and attentiveness. It was nice to see someone with great work ethics, especially after 2020, and the decline in customer service.

Any time I've come here I get wrong orders. This time the order wasn't given to me but someone else, had to ask for the second part of my order. And finally made the mistake of not checking like I do every time, missing sauces and a burger I paid for. How does every order I place get missing items? Recommend a different location as this place does it constantly
