I ordered 2 hash browns and only got 1, must be hard to count to 2. My McGriddle is stale and burnt. Inedible!!

Bottom level McDonald's. Manager is rude, she didn't want to help until she realized she had no choice. Got bag of ice, not even full. I asked if that's all I get? She said in a rude way "yes!", quickly moving on to talk with co worker. Ice cream came melted out the machine.

I guess what I like to say, and usually say. McDonald's is a McDonald's, they are usually for the most part friendly and courteous, with the occasional dummy behind the register. If something goes awry with an order they usually take pretty good care of it as quickly as possible. But McDonald's is McDonald'sParking: Parking at this location, is on the west side of the building, there is also a side street on the west side of the building. There's about 40 to 50 parking spots that were all mostly available.Kid-friendliness: This location has the indoor child friendly playroom, that definitely helps with the little children if you have them. It is always clean and tidy for the most part when I have taken looks in the playground area.Wheelchair accessibility: McDonald's is always Ada compliant, it is pretty much a Federal regulation for any and all public facilities to be handicapped accessible.

The worst McDonald's the order taker from the drive thru told me they didn't have caramel coffee just mocha which i dont really like but still got it, upon pulling to the window the car in front of me was given 2 caramel coffees, and you can see through the window all the caramel bottles, not to mention they take forever to get your order and give your order my coffee was sitting in the counter while she was doing pther things, poeple need to get to work on time so if you don't want to be late or be discrimated don't come to this McDonald's, they need to stop hiring kids.

food takes way too long.. last time they gave my order to someone else and i was left waiting for 30 minutesanother time I got a frappe and it was all melted

Came specifically to get the shamrock shake and they didn't have it. So I settled and got a Oreo mcflurry which was not mixed. So I can to wait for it to melt and mix is myself. Poor management and sheer laziness.

Ordered 3 hot fudge sundays an a milk shake. There was something terribly wrong with the hot fudge. It tasted like some kind of chemical. We had to throw out. We had trouble driving thru the drive thru due to numerous homeless people hanging out there. Would recommend going to another McDonald's.

Slowest drive thru ever...10 min waits consistently and it's not even that busy. Never opens on time.

Ordered ice cream that was on menu. Saw price, went to pay, told no ice cream products. Maybe the ice cream products should be off menu. Or say not available. Really bad!

I went through the drive thru and was given the wrong sandwich. When I went back to report it, I was told I had taken too many bites of the sandwich (3) and asked 4 times "what is it that you wanted"? (the sandwich I paid for).I spoke to the manager who just kept saying "well we remade it" and didn't respond to a complaint of the professionalism of her staff. She just pointed to a number I could call. I left a VM at that number and no one called me back.

Always stale bread at this location. Went back to give them a 2nd chance and was worse than the 1st time the absolute worst customer service possible sat in line 20 minutes and sure enough the food was terrible. If the bread is stale throw it away. This place is getto .
