I ordered fish sandwich 2 of them. Was charged full price. Was supposed to get the 2nd for 1.00. I just kept them cuz I was already home. Disappointed.

I go to McDonalds every day mostly for breakfast. At this particular store, 9 times out of 10 my order is inaccurate. Today I ordered a McMuffin with bacon and egg,NO CHEESE.I repeated my order at speaker twice.At the pickup window it contained cheese. I handed sandwich back to the girl at window 2 and got a Sausage and egg McMuffin after i drove off. i parked and went inside and received correct order but 2 sandwiches were wasted due to inaccuracies.Last weekend i ordered a half cut Tea and asked if its half cut?cashier at window 2 said " yes" . drive off and its 100% sweet tea. i go inside store and mgr says" oh our unsweet tea is not working this morning". So why tell me its half cut and its not?Be considerate of customers needing less sugar.its important to us. This restaurant is actually the worse in West Phoenix when it comes to order accuracy and speed of service.As someone that worked McDonalds many years ago, employees here NEVER upsell items like Fries when you buy a burger and drink, nor offer drinks when its only burger and fries.While ordering, the order taker on speaker says " anything else and repeatedly says it until im done ordering and it gives customers a sense that they are being rushed.Also McDonalds is losing $$$ because you are not saying things like " can i get you a drink to go with those fries you ordered"??This sounds much better to a customer and also upselling is key to a restaurants earnings.Thank you for listening.

Don't bother coming they only give you 2 sauces now and charge you a dollar and a few cents for the rest.

Worst drive thru experience I ever had I repeated my self a few times and still got my order wrong then I asked to speak with the manager and along comes a Grown man who is more worried about his girl nails..no wonder this place sucks everybody is confuse over 30 minutes just to get 2 happy meals... it's McDonald's yall obviously can't even do work at a teenager's entry level position SAD
