MedAssure Inc. is the best DME company in Arizona. They are quick, friendly, professional, and just a great team overall. I recommend this company to everyone looking for DME.

They’re equipment is horrible. The didn’t bring the right wheelchair or maybe this is all they have but this is the second time they’ve been out and it’s still not the correct wheelchair. Also her hospital bed broke after 3 weeks. Very dilapidated old equipment. The hospice my mom is on uses them so we’re basically stuck with them.

I call Medassure daily due to working in the medical field. It's always a pleasure when I get Maria or Renee. They both provide excellent customer service and are very helpful.

Med assure Prescott location provided exceptional service to us, especially Jamie who helped us in every way he can. Jamie is very responsible and prompt when we need something or have questions. We were very desperate when we needed a medical bed and equipments for my husband, Jamie and his team responded very fast and got it done without any worries. I highly recommend them, you’ll be in good hands.

Great customer service! Maria is always a pleasure to work with on the phones, very helpful & always nice. Steve on call, on the weekend, has great customer service skills, as well. Very knowledgeable and speedy, made sure we had everything and got us oxygen, I think in less then an hour! Great service! It’s a pleasure working with everybody over at Medassure! Thank you for all that your team does for our families. We appreciate your fast and friendly service.
