Drive by today and their West Valley store is closed down. It doesn’t surprise me the girls were awful and ran everyone off w their nasty attitudes. If the company would like to know what the issues are they should secret shop their own stores to see how unprofessional & rude their employees are!

They will not let you exchange clothes like if they're really "loosing" any money. Overpriced cheap items as well.

Shopped in there for the first time, and NEVER again will I go there. My daughter tried on pants, and they fit great but she decided on a dress instead. Midway thru shopping she changed her mind and went back and grabbed pants that were on the same rack as the ones she tried on (they looked the same/same brand/same size etc) when we got home she put the pants on and realized they were the wrong ones cause they were way too short. She had her sister go try to exchange them and unbeknownst to us it was a clearance item so they were ineligible. They were not red tagged, on a clearance rack nor any mention of the policy so we were unaware of this at the time of purchase. The employees were rude, unprofessional and could’ve done so much better in the situation! Now we’re stuck with pants that are literally 5” too short, I had to spend another $22 for the ones that were longer.

The ladies are always real friendly. This time there was a man for my cashier, it was quite a surprise but he was very polite.
