I also work in sales, so i get how things can be; but this team was lovely and showed me new phones + promos without being pushy at all (Will come back because the customer service)! I came to switch carriers from Verizon, my plan was $80, but now $35 with Metro for the exact same services. I forgot her name but the Latina woman was the one to assist me and was awesome, very informative and even showed me another promotion for a free phone with my switch. I came wanting to save money, and I left doing just that. But the team does have a welcoming energy and makes you comfortable coming in if you did want to do some extra for yourself or another! Also earlier in the week, I had questions so I called in first. Both times, she always answered the phone promptly and had great customer service/tone/attitude as a rep!

Ana is extremely helpful. Best customer service I've had in a long while. She speaks very clearly, enunciates well, and at a good volume (I'm hard of hearing, this is very important). Metro is pretty much the only phone company I'm willing to use at this point because they have good deals and decent prices.
The store is clean, easy to access, and wheelchair accessible.
