Would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went in this past Saturday wanting to switch carries and initially spoke to a lady named River who was very nice and eager to help but was also very new and was stumped on how to help me. She tried getting help from what I can only assume is the store manager Manuela (I believe was her name). Manuela did not help at all and seemed extremely uninterested in helping whatsoever. She had a poor attitude and after waiting for a little I got frustrated and eventually left with no phone. I took my business to a different company where I was helped immediately and was in and out within less than 30 minutes. Store needs new management and some training.

Great store and great service! Jackie and Tania were AMAZING and gave us a great deal and helped us out of a bad situation. Best service I've ever received at a metro pcs.

Don’t ever waste your time coming here until they fire this lady. She overcharges you $200 to keep to herself. When I went back to return the phone, she said her policy was “24hr” return. I asked for her manager and she gave me the store phone number. Her manager Johnny is as well a scmer. She also try to take my phone when I called customer service to report her. Of course because she knew she was doing wrong her name is Maria super rude to seniors

Walked in the store to see about getting portable Wi-Fi the lady is mopping the floor instead of putting the mop down to deal with customers she just continued mopping and three potential customers literally walked out the door including myself I hope she gets paid by commission if not she's losing the store money I would fire her ass

I can’t even begin to express how wonderful Rocio’s service was! She was beyond considerate! Attentive to my needs and requests, fast and experienced, and overall just an absolute pleasure to work with! I have always been so satisfied with the service reps at the Metro stores since I started doing business with Metro many years ago. Thank you!!!!

I was a Boost Mobile customer. I came to see the offers at Metro by T-Mobile. I liked it and I kept changing and staying with Metro. Rocio was very kind and explained everything to me. Thank you.
