Came in today trying to reactivate an old phone because both of the phones on my account were broken so we had no way to get the 8 digit code to verify. At first the lady was saying well since both phones are broken on your account there is nothing that can be done. Like she was not even trying. Then I got up set like can you try to do something can you call customer service. Like can you do somethinge she have me attitude. Then she tried something else but gave me the same answer there is nothing we can do and she couldn't call customer service because the store phone was down. I go to metro PCS on Bethany and she is able to gain access to my account in 2.5 seconds and has me out of the store in within 10 minutes with a working phone. I do not know if it's bad customer service or just needs more training but I would not recommend this store to anyone. Go a few extra miles to Bethany and get proper help and treated like a valued customer.

Kat, the sales rep helped me solved my issue with the outrages charge that Metro added without notifying me. She was able to communicate with customer service and let me know what they were telling her and how to lower my bill and keep it as how it was before the abrupt extra charges. She is awesome, so if you ever need help, I suggest you ask for her cause to me she is dedicated to get the customer what they need.

Zyria or how ever you spell her name was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She was talking on the phone and gave me attitude when I asked about the coupons for the fair. She gave me mine and my friends she smacked her hand down hard on the counter and said here. I will not being coming here ever again. I guess the employees match the area the establishment is in complete trash.
