I give it a 1 because I can't give it a zero, they always have problems with something, terrible service, their card terminal never works and now they are saying that they have problems receiving cash... How stupid is that? Terrible location and very slow when it comes to serving, only one person does it well, but the protocols they have are very clumsy, making the service even worse, they should close.

Theyre pitiful. Suppose to open at 11:00am, you go there & its not open. I sat around 15 minutes & nothing but the lady who works there, cant even get in cos she has no key. What kindve 3rd rate business is this!!?

Lack of consideration. And also being unacknowledged my last visit to pay on the billing cycle. The sales rep carried an unrelated conversation not even pertaining to any services through T-Mobile. The 35min wait/delay was beyond unprofessional an unacceptable. Giving some passive nonchalant response . Need people of fluent English speaking at this location also .

Moo I walked in the store right now today February 27th 2024 I was unable to text I like to talk as I text so I walked in the store and this young man moo I explained to him what I needed done the young man took my phone he did not put it down until I was satisfied I am doing what I wanted to do I am pleased satisfied this is what customer service is about I am pleased and thanks moo I am once again a happy Metro customer

Don't do the home WI Fi...got charged and had to pay 60.00 for a month of service that i did not have, they will not refund or your accounts basically you're just giving metro your money.......yes the deal for internet sounds like a great deal but really it's NOT!!!!!!!!!<<

The guy who was working at the store the day I went did not appear to be very knowledgeable. My visit was quite frustrating, to be honest.I stopped in to get help Setting up my voicemail. I had gone in there the week before tohook-up a new phone so I decided to go back to get help.The guy barely even looked at my phone before telling me, with certainty, that because it was not a Metro phone that I would not be able to access my voicemail, in any way! Whut? Now I had never heard of that before, because it's simply not true! He was trying to tell me that I couldn't even press 1 to get to my voicemail. I left there really upset contemplating changing providers. But, I got home and finally I figured it out myself. I WAS able to set up my VM, I can call it, access it, and even press one to get to it! I can even use the Visual VM. That guy has limited knowledge. He should have tried harder, done better, or found someone else to help me.

This place is horrible, the staff are rude, unethical, and practice fradulent behaviors and should be shut down at once. This place refused to give me my change or a receipt and then had the audacity to call Phoenix PD on me for demanding my money. The police did absolutely nothing accept say to me I don't blame you for being upset. And they wonder why minorities don't support or reply on the police. I do not see how this store can even be permitted to used the MetroPCS by T-Mobile brand/name to conduct business. I call for a full on boycott of this location. As a faithful member of the community in which this establishment is, we don't want them in our community. If you value your hard earned money then take your business elsewhere. Humbly submitted by a true Buckeye Roader!
