The guy who was working at the store the day I went did not appear to be very knowledgeable. My visit was quite frustrating, to be honest.I stopped in to get help Setting up my voicemail. I had gone in there the week before tohook-up a new phone so I decided to go back to get help.The guy barely even looked at my phone before telling me, with certainty, that because it was not a Metro phone that I would not be able to access my voicemail, in any way! Whut? Now I had never heard of that before, because it's simply not true! He was trying to tell me that I couldn't even press 1 to get to my voicemail. I left there really upset contemplating changing providers. But, I got home and finally I figured it out myself. I WAS able to set up my VM, I can call it, access it, and even press one to get to it! I can even use the Visual VM. That guy has limited knowledge. He should have tried harder, done better, or found someone else to help me.

Very rude disrespectful never have a had a kid use profanity to assist anyone.. then the kid Bryan calls the owner jake who is even more rude this nasty place with unfriendly workers..DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

This place is horrible, the staff are rude, unethical, and practice fradulent behaviors and should be shut down at once. This place refused to give me my change or a receipt and then had the audacity to call Phoenix PD on me for demanding my money. The police did absolutely nothing accept say to me I don't blame you for being upset. And they wonder why minorities don't support or reply on the police. I do not see how this store can even be permitted to used the MetroPCS by T-Mobile brand/name to conduct business. I call for a full on boycott of this location. As a faithful member of the community in which this establishment is, we don't want them in our community. If you value your hard earned money then take your business elsewhere. Humbly submitted by a true Buckeye Roader!

This Location Was Very Rude, There Were 4 Young Men, No Smiles, They Looked Bitter, And Frustrated, I Was The Only Customer And None Of Them Could Help Me With My Issue, ACTUALLY, They Didn't Even Try, I've Been To Many Metro PCS Stores, But I've Never Been Treated With So Much Disregard, They Just Said, They Couldn't Help Me, And That's That! Thank You, But I Don't Think That I Will Visit This Store Again, I Was Helped More At Walmart By A Representative From Another Company, Than The People From This Store, Sorry, But The Costumer Service Here Was Very Unprofessional, And Not Helpful At All, Plus They Totally Ignored My Needs As A Costumer!?☹??

I came into the location because i was shopping around for new service. The representative there was a very friendly young man and extremely informative. He provided me with answers to all my questions as well as amazing features that i didn’t know metro offered. Very happy with the experience and will be doing future business with them along with my family

I recommend that they closed this store and the one on buckeye and central. This Managers don't know how to return $102.00. I think he is putting money in his pocket. I don't want to give this rate. But if it was up to me OOOOOO. People wait until the manager gets into your account. It's a living hell. Making you pay extra for service. I have had this account for 6 year. Hopefully this manager gets fire. 1620 w buckeye rd. and is the manager of central and buckeye. I would not trust this Manager. He is very evil.

Another robbing the poor company and store. 1800metro told me visit it, I did and they said app broke my phone. After pcs update 2020 it wouldn't data update... only wanted wifi with a beep alert. They said 30$+ credit and store said free with insurance, they lie and will want money. Illnupdate just to put on blast for you readers

A young man by the name of Albert helped us out. His great customer service brought tears to my eyes. My grandaughter has Muscular Dystrophy which makes it hard to get in and out of cars. We went in store to buy her a new phone. We told Albert she was outside and how it was difficult to get her off car and walk inside. He went outside to the car to make sure she understood how to use the phone and set it up for her!! This extra step surprised us..Thank you for making our day! Very pleased with Metro PCS Thank you Albert for bringing a smile to her face.

This store needs more sales reps. There was only 1 representative and I have been waiting in line for about 30 to 45 minutes. If I could give this place no stars then I would.

Alejandro was very helpful called around different carriers but no one was helpful. Came to metro and was helped with 2 lines. Highly recommend
