Rude ass customer service u can't pay a phone bill and people from customer service lies says 20.00 tablet and free upgrade says they will put it in notes and not and I stay on the phone with them and they still.lied lol

Service is always great with Rebecca but every time she’s not there I struggle to pay my bill, the girl there always says there is no internet, it’s happened a couple of times please fix this, its extremely unconvenient.

I opened my account at this specific location in the year 2022. With no issues. Within the last year or so, when I go in to pay my service bill, the internet is usually down.so I go to another location. ( TO THE CEO OF THIS SPECIFIC METRO LOCATION. WHY IS IT STILL OPEN? PLEASE JUST CLOSE IT DOWN, SO US LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO PAY OUR BILLS ON TIME DON'T HAVE TO WASTE OUR TIME OR ENERGY. THE REASON I CHOOSE THIS LOCATION IS BECAUSE ITS CLOSE TO MY RESIDENCE.I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT IN THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION .I WILL GO TO THE LOCATED ON 15 AVE.

The person who helped, and i use that word loosely, who helped me on November 5th, 2022, lied and misrepresented things to me so that I bought a $300 phone and thier most expensive service plan, because she was hooking me up with lifeline phone service, which would make my bill $0.00 starting in the second month of service, and I would have unlimited everything. But she actually assigned my ACP (American connectivity program) benefits to Metro, which terminated my internet service with Cox, and locked me into service with them (Metro) for a month. This has cost me several hundred dollars, because they would not let me return the phone etc., And i incurred penalty charges from Cox. The people at this store are dishonest, manipulative and janky.
