The person who helped, and i use that word loosely, who helped me on November 5th, 2022, lied and misrepresented things to me so that I bought a $300 phone and thier most expensive service plan, because she was hooking me up with lifeline phone service, which would make my bill $0.00 starting in the second month of service, and I would have unlimited everything. But she actually assigned my ACP (American connectivity program) benefits to Metro, which terminated my internet service with Cox, and locked me into service with them (Metro) for a month. This has cost me several hundred dollars, because they would not let me return the phone etc., And i incurred penalty charges from Cox. The people at this store are dishonest, manipulative and janky.

I'm not sure about a lot of people but so many things have changed since it's covered that started when people get to stay home for the lunch I don't know what happened it seems like everybody forgot how to be professional the customer comes first

First Time there very glad David helped me to get right phone and he is very friendly he cares about the business and the need of people. Highly recommend this store. I came to the store with much stress because my phone was stolen. Then this kind man was there. God knows and Help us to go to the right place in distress time. Thank You Lord. And Thank You David. I had to go into the Metro store on the corner of Indian School and 7th because my IPhone 8+ screen was frozen and I couldn’t do anything…and I mean nothing with it. The sweetest customer care employee by the name of Leo worked on my phone determined to get it working again. He was able to force restart my phone which did take some patience and I am very grateful for his help…..Thanks again Leo you are awesome!!

The manager David is simply wolf in sheep's clothing. He is nice about being only about money not good customer service. This is the last month I will be with Metro because of his lies. I have been with Metro for years and managers have waived basic fees he acted like he couldn't do anything . Not to mention I came in one day they quoted a price the very next day price is different. Done . DO NOT GO HEREUnfortunately I had to go here again(not my choice). Almost no help at all, what should have took 15 minutes (no other customers) took 35 because obviously it was more important for the manager to have several conversations with everyone else but the two customers right in his face. More importantly it was clear that it was a personal conversation that could have waited to after their shift. Add this to my previous experience and I am officially done. If only corporate had entered the building to have witness the ridiculousness.

As a long time customer I have often admired the quality of service I have received from the numerous MetroPCS staff members. Until recently at this location specifically due to the lack of consistency and priority over making a few dollars rather then maintaining a relationship with a customer (5+ yrs). Simply put if you speak Spanish this store will pull out the red carpet and if not you are treated with little to no respect for your business. This is not something I take lightly but due to my several interactions with the store manager this is my only conclusion. Now the only staff member Danny has shown to be someone that deserves a raise and or promotion. He is honest helpful and keeps his word. I strongly advise not wasting time and money at this location.

I love to come to this store Metro by T-Mobile. They treat me well. Started with the formal manager Susy great service and now too with the new manager David he continue with very professional service. There is not comparison at this store where you will be treated with respect. I have been in many places and as Veteran only come to a place where they appreciate our service and have seen how they treat Veteran and they make my day happy and respectful.
