This particular location is overrun with homeless people. I will no longer go here to pay my bill or purchase any new products I simply do not feel safe. They have a homeless tent not even 25 feet from their front door you literally have to step over it to get to their location. I hope they do something about it. I think that subway metro PCS staff zone and the taco shop all need to band together and get a security guard. good luck guys.

Long wait! Only 1 person there to handle 3 people in line. Expect 20- 30 minutes per person. Not worth the wait especially with this virus out here.

so I walk into the store to hook up a 5th line to my account when I'm greeted with a do you guys have face masks which I didn't then I was asked to leave because I needed one the 6-foot distance rule wasn't enough for Elizabeth I was in a really big hurry I have to go outside and cut a shirt up to put it back in came back and got nothing but horrible service I tried explaining to Elizabeth what I was trying to do but she insisted my phone wasn't eligible for V Line I knew that was incorrect because I had hook that phone up last week Elizabeth wanted to charge me $96 to hook up I could clearly see she wasn't willing to go step to help me that phone I refuse came home they're over the phone and paid $46 thank you Elizabeth for the crappy attitude therefore I wouldn't recommend this location at all

None refundable phone accessories and they are cheaply made.. falling apart out the box.. not worth the time.

I won't recommend anyone to do business with this particular metro. You'll be paying more than you should. I almost got ripped off but I know there's always a better deal. I was switching from boost but when I was time to pay the total was over $100. I went to another metro & the total was under $80. These people don't care about their customers. So FYI: the $50 plan is optional just not here.
