This has been a nightmare. I turned in my Internet router because I was not going to live here another whole month and I really couldn't afford it. Besides my TV'. I have hot spot on my phone, and since it's just me should be fine, right? Nope. For some reason that is still unknown to me, apparently I was penalized for turning in the Internet so I got roped into getting a new phone. I've ALWAYS had Samsung Galaxy phones. That is not what I received. I got a Revel 7. The phone and the hot spot won't connect to my TV's and I've been up there every night this week! Gotta go. They never answer the phone there so I have to show up.
Update: Still waiting for T-Mobil to show that they even care about customers vs revenue. I've not had the stamina to keep going there every single night. They added "more hotspot" that still doesn't work but they're charging me an additional $10 per month. So instead of my original $65 bill, it's now $85. I'm going to start looking for a new provider.
