This store closes whenever they feel like closing i cant get there until 7:30pm because of of my work hours and today 2nd time i get there at 7:30pm and they are already closed but store hours are until 8pm? if u wanna close at 7pm or 7:15pm dont put 8pm on your store hours dummy thats not good business

Manager was not trying to serve me because am white tried to skip me in the line after waiting in there for 45 mins (both workers on 1 person the whole time) very bad customer service

To add to my wife's review below (Valerie)... This place is the best! The workers are AWESOME! QUICK in and out with everything done professionally at a great price!! We traveled about 8 miles to get to this store, passing others along the way because we knew they'd take rightougous care of us there. They didn't disappoint!

They were super helpful at this location, got me everything I needed. I got 2 new phones/lines, they both stayed late to help me get everything set up & they were really nice about it. Great service, and we love our phones! Def reccomend the W. McDowell store! ❤️

My guy in there trulys knows what customer service is and how to handle THERE customers.. Hands down legit.. Every time i go i there they both make sure the needs of the customers are put forth.. Appreciate good people like them.. Keep it up

The 5 stars I give for this review, are well deserved. The customer service was by far the best of any other MetroPCS I have ever been to. Very friendly staff and the Jason, the manager was knowledgeable and able to quickly help with a complex situation I had and get me in and out in no time at all. I highly reccomend this location to any person because of the great staff and quality of their service.
