There is a girl working here that either doesn't know what she is talking about or is just trying to make $$ off everyone. They didn't have the phone i was looking for. She tried telling me how the Tmobile phone was a much better phone in all kinds of ways than the Samsung I wanted. When I said I would just order the Samsung on line and that it would only be $55 which is cheaper than instore...she told me that it was going to cost $120 by the time I got to where you pay online. I told her I didn't think so as I had just about paid for it but didn't want to wait for the phone to arrive if I could avoid it. She promised me that it would really be $120. Went home. Ordered the phone and paid $55.00! Phone arrived next day. Was set up ready to go in about 20 min. If this is her sales tactic it's slimy. I'm glad I didn't fall for it.

This metro has been the best one i have ever went to super fast and overall good costumer service the young lady that helped me her name is marianna i would recommend going to this location.

I left a bad review a month ago I had an awful experience with an employee at this location. In fact, I had to go in today to fix what that awful employee did, and didn't do. This time I was greeted by a different employee named Monica, and what a great experience I had with her. Monica was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and has great customer service skills. I walked out a happy customer this time.

Quick service. There was an activation fee and Sim card fee (I got a $35/45 plan, total $65) when the whole slogan and selling point for me was suppose to be no surprises and no activation fees on the website (it says in store as well which I did). I only got the service because I really needed to and all the other places have activation fees as well. I suggest you just be patient to get your sim in the mail and get a pre paid service from a provider online. 5 stars if the slogan and whole selling point wasn't misleading. False advertising.

Horrible service , the lady working didnt speak English, so I had to go in and translate for my husband ..which was no problem . The issue was that even with translation she didn't understand how to work my phone or what to do. She called someone to help guide her on facetime & he still couldn't figure anything out. Apparently my phone was "too old that it didnt even allow to get connected to their network" (note 9) the man on the phone was condescending when explaining things to my husband in English . We ended up leaving and going to a different metro & they set my phone up in less than 3 minutes! How does that happen?! We have previously had a decent experience at this location but, this current bad experience def overshadows that.
