Quick service. There was an activation fee and Sim card fee (I got a $35/45 plan, total $65) when the whole slogan and selling point for me was suppose to be no surprises and no activation fees on the website (it says in store as well which I did). I only got the service because I really needed to and all the other places have activation fees as well. I suggest you just be patient to get your sim in the mail and get a pre paid service from a provider online. 5 stars if the slogan and whole selling point wasn't misleading. False advertising.

Worst store ever. They added a line to my account I did not ask for . They also added phone numbers to my account that I do t know who they are.

Horrible service , the lady working didnt speak English, so I had to go in and translate for my husband ..which was no problem . The issue was that even with translation she didn't understand how to work my phone or what to do. She called someone to help guide her on facetime & he still couldn't figure anything out. Apparently my phone was "too old that it didnt even allow to get connected to their network" (note 9) the man on the phone was condescending when explaining things to my husband in English . We ended up leaving and going to a different metro & they set my phone up in less than 3 minutes! How does that happen?! We have previously had a decent experience at this location but, this current bad experience def overshadows that.

Then service was extremely quick and the service was top notch. I was given help with something. I will be sending friends his way and I will be back when I want to buy a few newer devices.

The gentleman helping me today was FANTASTIC. He was knowledgable on products/services and friendly. We bought 3 phones from him today and phone cases/screen protectors for all of them. Best part was HE WASNT a pushy salesman. I will definitely return if needed. (I wish I would of got him name, he was a young latino man)

Ernesto is the real M.V.P. I visited this store after talking to customer care,a corporate store and visiting another location...he fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes...Give him a raise!!! Excellent customer service!!! Thank you Ernesto!!!

I've never been so utterly disrespected! The woman with the bleached blonde hair and black roots was just awful! I asked to speak to someone above her and she refused to get anyone for me and proceeded to give attitude and just kept having rude remarks. I told her I wasn't there to argue with her but she continued to be rude. The last straw was when she responded with if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else. So we did just that & got GREAT customer service!!
