My Experience At The Store With Lulu Was Great She Helped Me With Bill Because For Last Month And This Month My Card Is Not Accepted Over The Phone When I Try To Pay So I Have Come To In To Pay And She Has Given Me Wonderful Customer Service 🙂 😊 Which I Am So Happy And Greatful And Thankful For. I Appreciate Lulu Very Much. She Is An Asset To The Store And Needs To Be Recognized For It ‼️‼️‼️‼️.

Sat at this location for almost 2 hours waiting to be helped. Only one person behind the counter helping another customer. There needs to be more people working at this location. There is no reason there should only be one person working at a cell phone place.

was in today 6-23-2022 to get a new phone and service the girl was very very helpful gave me a good deal for being a long time customer that the 35th and dunlap store could of cared less about walked me through some basic things about my smart phone cause only had flip phones for about 20 years this girl was the best customer service I ever got at any metro stores her employee id was fabiol just perfect service all around thanks

Isaiah was super helpful and patient with our request. He helped us go through redeeming our promo offer. We got it set and we’re just waiting for it to be processed. We made a good choice of going to this TMobile store close to our neighborhood. Huge thanks to this guy!

I bought my phone at another location on thunderbird and they didn't help me set up my phone. I stopped by at Northern and Rudy was patient and kind to help me even though I was screaming since I was very frustrated. Thank you Rudy for being patient and kind young boy.
