The worst experience ever! I've been struggling for a week to get someone on the phone but they just end up hanging up! A girl named Ilene I believe, was very unprofessional, sarcastic, bratty, and not serious. I called to ask about an upgrade and the pricing, but she was making it way too difficult by hanging up every single time I called. I wanted to speak with the manager, but she said he was not there. Very, very disappointed. I'm a sick lady in a wheelchair, and all I needed was some help! I'll make sure to never call here again, and I'm even thinking of disconnecting all my lines from Metro!!

Came here to get a phone for an upgrade and was charged an activation fee. Which is normal but what was not ok was the price. On all the prices it says 15$ why was I charged 18$? I brought it up and was told that is what the charge was... If I didn't need a new phone right away and was not pressed for time I would have taken my business and money else where!

I came here to get a new phone and was charged for a family plan when I was a single line. I got a $20 refund, thankfully customer service fixed it because apparently the store couldn't. I'm starting to question whether that's true. I returned to get another phone and was charged 15 for a pop socket I never asked for. I don't know why I didn't look at the receipt until now but I had thought it was a gift. No. She charged me $15. They've taken advantage of me both times. I'm frustrated with myself for not being more aware and I'm angry at those employees who took advantage. As soon as I can I'm changing providers because if the employees treat customers like this then the company is just as bad. I understand if they work on commission but to manipulate a situation in that manner is messed up. On a last note, the service is crappy.

This is the only store by metro that gave us a awesome deal on 2lines when we switched from boost mobile we went to about 5 different stores got priced at 230 to 250 here we paid less then 165 and got cases and glass protective screens they were fast and friendly especially the owner great customer service thanks you guys rock ..

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS T-mobile it is horrible, me and my mom went to go get our selfs 2 new iPhone 11 for the deal with 90$ out the door and they totally ripped us off! The employees ARE RUDE THEY DONT EVEN HELP YOU OUT I went to go in there for some help with my phone and one of the employees told me "you should know how to do it, it's easy" AND DIDNT EVEN HELP ME AT ALL. They added 3 lines on my moms account and there was only supposed to be 2 LINES!!! They was putting extra money on my moms bill and it was unexceptionable. THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS, ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE ARE HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER!! he's nice at first but once he gets your money he starts acting like a total fool! Once me and my mom got tired of that T-Mobile we looked for a better one ITS ON (93RD AVE AND NORTHERN!!! ) I RECOMMEND ALL THERE EMPLOYEES ARE HELPFUL AND THERE ALSO VERY LOYAL TO THERE COSTUMES!!
