On December 22, the person who runs this store offered me a tablet on my plan and I told him that I was not interested and he very insistently wanted me to take it, I told him no, thank you, I made my payment, I asked him for my receipt and he didn't give it to me. Because I didn't have paper, I realized that my data was very slow on my 4 lines of my family plan that I have been on for more than 1 year and on January 19 I no longer had data so I went to another store to see what was going on and I realized I realized that he was cheating on me, he added the tablet to me without my consent. I realized that he was cheating on me, he put it under my number.

My father purchased a family plan and had a promotional phone sent to me. This location told me I had to pay for the sim card to activate the phone. When my father asked the ******** store at his location, they told him that this location should not have charged me anything for the sim card, and also my brother in a different location was not charged for a sim card. It's not a very large sum of money so I paid it, but it seems like a dishonest business practice.

Dont even waste gas on coming here . There system is always down . They can never take my payments and always send me to another store . Such a hassle !!!
