I went to pay my phone bill,which is due today only to find this location closed at 10:25 am. When their app says they are open.yesterday I Went to the location on 7th street and Indian School Rd and their system was down as usual so I was unable to pay now I have to wait until my lunch break to pay my phone bill.( AT&T )HERE I COME TIME TO GET A MORE RELIABLE PHONE SERVICE. Metro t mobile you guys need to get yourself together.

Went over around 10:40am and no one was there. It was closed. The store opens at 10am. No sign of lunch break or anything. Wasted my time

I went in store back to back STRESSED cause my phone carrier couldn’t be unlocked for whatever reasons, but shoutout to Alex at this location he was so helpful and nice about the whole process even though it was overwhelming to deal with. Thank you Alex!! The first IMEI didn’t work so I tried the second one and that’s how I got it, just in case someone comes in with my same phone problems?

Alex is the ONLY honest and helpful one here. The rest need SERIOUS training on customer service, HONESTY, and professional conduct. Lisa is rude and has no job knowledge. Disappointing
