11/14/24 - I was able to get my receipt. Perla seemed to have a better day and I appreciate her solving this for me. I hope nothing but the best for this store!
11/13/24 - I have been with Metro for over 5 years and have not ever experienced this kind of customer service from a manager. The manager Perla needs customer service training and learn how to problem solve. Perla was not very helpful at all. She can learn customer service from the regular employees. Perla said she can’t help me with the invoice because she doesn’t have access and there was nothing she can do since Caro doesn’t work at that store. I called 611 and they were very helpful. Perla talked to 611 and told them that she doesn’t have access to invoices that the manager who has access will be there tomorrow. That was not what she previously informed me. I was on hold with 611 for over 10 minutes, she could have called the owner before to ask about invoice. Perla said to come back tomorrow when the owner is at the store. I asked her what time will the owner be at the store tomorrow. She was not sure that maybe between the times of 11am-3pm. I asked Perla if she can call owner, Omar, to find out the time he will be at store her response was no. Previously she called him and asked about the invoice. Every time Perla would respond it was rude. Perla seems very unhappy with her job. I hope she overcomes whatever obstacles she is facing. The only thing I’m asking is for my receipt that the previous worker, Caro, didn’t provide.

Worker was very rude and wouldn’t take my payment. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a metro store. Never returning.

Really disappointed in the Metro stores. They had only 2 phones. And the few stores we stopped at they are new and don't know anything.

Terrible service, a pinch... ugly old woman who works there in that place has a very bad character, they should run her, I think her name is Marian, she shouldn't be working there, that's my opinion.

The employees at that location go out of their way to help the customers me! but iam sincerely thinking about finding another phone company because I have had nothing but problems with mcfee and the app that seems your calls.
