Cynthia has A1 customer service, and that is evident by the people that she trains. I went came from a store on 32nd and roosevelt, my issue could not be diagnosed there, so I was sent here with cynthia, both Maria from 32nd and Roosevelt and Cynthia from this store here on 16th Street and Roosevelt had amazing customer service from start to finish. From greeting me at the door, to diagnosing what was going on, to making sure that I was taking care of, it was all great service. Thank you so much

Store representative Reyna was so helpful and knowledgeable about every plan available and knowledgeable about the phones. The best part she was patient with me. I wasn't feeling well and she made me feel happy! She also offered me a snack. I might have been a little hangry. By the time I left I had a new phone, case , screen protector and she even activated my phone to make sure it was activated. Thank you so much Reyna for making my experience with Metro a pleasant experience.

Was in yesterday with an issue with my service and the young lady at the counter( Reyna) was such a big help actualizing my phone and explained what the issue was, she made my day and great knowledge she provided me with other options when I am ready to upgrade. Definitely coming back to her!! Great customer service!!!

This store has the worst customer service both of the ladies in there. Do not answer the phone. I live on Union Hills and when I come for service and have to come way to the store and 16th St., and Thomas they have the audacity to one give me false information into when I called him. Once I get home and refer about the false information they hung up on me.
