Every time I come in to pay my bill I get sent away because their “system is down”. This is the 5th month in a row. Unless they make a sale their systems work. Avoid this store at all cost!!

I warn you to not go to the metro by 32st roosevelt or 16st roosevelt a man name Omar is out to scam and doesn't treat customer experience was so bad I moved company and boost mobile was so nice and appreciative the reps at those two location are inexperienced will give you free stuff that as no use to your phone example a free screen protector that doesn't fit your phone attitude and show little interest in the customers needs SO IF YOUR TRYING TO TAKE THAT RISK THE RISK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IS ON YOU BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR SPREAD THE WORD ON THOSE TO METRO LOCATION 32ST ROOSEVELT OR 16ST ROOSEVELT I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Hideous experience. Zero stars. I am disabled and unable to wear a mask. I explained this when I first entered the store. All businesses have understood this is an issue for many of us. The American Disability Act assures me that my disability will not impede my ability to function. Two employees rushed me, as I social distanced in the empty store and demanded that I leave the store. I had to argue with them to get my phone functional finally. I do NOT recommend this store or T-Mobile. Militant, disrespectful management. Do better! Shame on all of you.

Good prices and plans but I question whether their "new" phones aren't refurbished or somehow defective, like the lousy one I bought last year. Staff can be unhelpful too as well at times. CAUTION: You may be buying a defective phone. BEWARE!

This place was already closed before 9pm. Google maps directed me here saying it was open. It was not.
