Ordered a replacement phone on the 10th still haven’t gotten it yet been to the store wax’s now. For something that should have take a few days. My phone is my business line and the shear lack of knowledge or ability has cost me thousands in lost revenue in the last 7 days going to try for a 3rd to to go into the store and see if ,y phones in today because even with a listed location I was told they don’t have a store phone I can contact which is crap the number is listed as 602-242-1175 but according to location employees that doesn’t matter. Their customer service is absolutely out the window. Just some advice for a management prospective all employees need to be trained better at this location

Last time I visited was serviced by a lovely woman that helped as much as she could for my service continuously dropping data and interfering with my service. Didn't catch her name yet was very helpful and bilingual to perfection. Recognize that specific employee there. Keep up the good work Beautiful

I stopped by to get services at the store and it was closed during business hours at 2:00 pm with no information stating otherwise. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

THEY ARE GONNA TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I went there Friday to get the galaxy 14 karen or Karina whatever her name is told me I have to pay 180 and activation fee 45 and still didn't add up then I went to another metro and got the same phone for 100

Every time I go to this location I get a new promotion. I Have a new phone and the guy transferred all my stuff to my new phone helped me to remove the security pin I didn't know
