Don't go here they are not going to help you just a run around I have a phone my daughter broke the screen and only option is to buy a new phone with new service and I asked if I could transfer service to my old paid off metro phone and nope no help people need to start hiring people that want jobs not just ones there to collect a pay check👎🏽

I just called to see what's wrong with my phone. The lady hung up on me and never answered. Don't get phone from here. They dont care about us. Gonna change carrier now and report this place to bbb and tmobile so they know how they work.

Very rude customer service! The girls here are always in their phones don’t even bother to get up and ask the customers if they need help , and when you ask for help they answer with attitude!!!
