This store is managed by a terrible manager. I would include her name but she refused to give it to me. She escalated a situation that another location was able to assist with without a problem. If a manager stoops as low as to say, “I’m off the clock so I’m not giving you my name” they have no business managing a store. Managers should also refrain from yelling at employees in front of customers. This manager was very tacky and unprofessional, I’d recommend additional customer service training.

Bad service, Ugly customer service not professional at all.. They don't try to help. The sales rep there was not professional at all. Not a great phone company. They will tell you to call customer service. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Taking our business elsewhere!!!

Great customer service. The sales agent was very helpful and got my issue resolved within minutes of me calling. I wish other Metro PCS stores have this top notch customer service. Thank you to the sales agent that answered the phone.

My boyfriend bought a phone and week later the screen changed colors to white making it hard to see. Corporate office said take it back to store and he would have no problem exchanging because there is no cracks, dings or marks on it. It was never dropped so there is no damage at all. This store basically told us that we are lying corporate never said that and they won't do anything for it. Called corporate office again and was told if they had any problems the store could contact them. Go back to the store next day and they said NO CORPORATE DIDN'T SAY THAT THEY WOULD OF CALLED US. Again nothing done, he had to downgrade to a phone he had previously and pay $21 after paying $65 previously.
