Worst experience, super slow , very unprofessional I asked to speak to the manager (vivi) she was extremely rude. Speaks to her employees like they are iuds in front of the customers , a customer & myself noticed how rude she was to the customers & to the employees. I’ve been going for years never had an issue . Definitely not going again. Lost a very loyal customer

My mother took her iPhone get the screen fixed because it cracked and this is the sloppy work they've done! Twice she went in and they charged her $100 each time... don't get me started with her paying $200 for this mess (smdh) this is ridiculous work for a "professional phone repair" spot. Do not bring your phone here. Please look at the work they've done.

If you want honest and reliable service at reasonable prices come here. I've had 3 phones repaired here, where other places quoted more than double. Definitely recommend this place!!

Another place I had gone to said my battery needed to be replaced and that the rest of the phone was fine. Unfortunately for me, that shop closes on my only day off work. So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)

Good experience. The technician guy in the back was able to fix my Iphone screen within 15 minutes. Went back the next day with another phone and it only took him 30 mms. Great service

They need to hire better workers, seems like they lack the common core knowledge to attending customers and even to make changes on lines. Unlike metropcs on 75th avenue thomas better service
