My Brother-In-Law (Anthony) was in need of his first smart phone, for emergency communications if and when the need arises. His low income status qualifies him for a phone through the Affordable Connectivity Program. We decided to see if the folks at the Metro T-Mobile Store, on 27th Ave. and Camelback, in Phoenix could set him up with a new phone, and an affordable service plan. When we entered the store, we were greeted by JESSICA, who quickly went to work on the computer to "make it happen". There were some minor obstacles to overcome during the approval process, but JESSICA pressed on, and got the job done. She provided him / us with OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My Brother-In-Law was very happy with the Samsung Phone that JESSICA had recommended, and she ensured that it was fully activated, and ready to use. She also reassured him that if he needed help in days to come, that he could just come in, and ask. The store was NICE, CLEAN, AND EVERYTHING WELL ARRANGED. I'd highly recommend doing business here!

Old looking lady there is lazy, she’ll tell you your pin is wrong or make something up about the system to not help you.

They sell defective phones and get all pissy and defensive when you bring it back Suddenly the innocent customer is under heavy scrutiny. Ridiculous. IT.IS.WHAT.IT.IS.......I am done with them. .. .....ok

When I got this phone 1month ago I specifically told the girl ididnt want insurance bkuz I've had metro for 3yrs now and insurance doesn't mean I get a free phone if something happens to this 1 anyways ... fast forward 1month time to pay my bill wondering y it's 70$ so iask thinking it's a upgraded plan or something .. no the guy says ihave the 60$ plan and 10$ is for insurance Call forwarding or something like that moral of my review and my 1star is like other reviews for this location they are about taking your money and lying not very helpful either

WORST CELL PHONE EXPERIENCE EVER! About five months ago I made the mistake of switching to MetroPCS. To summarize five months of aggravation and poor customer service: *. 75% of all calls drop. This happens whether in my home office or anywhere I may go. I work from home and my boss has recently had to talk to me about my phone issues impacting work! *. I've been to the MetroPCS store near me twice to explain my issues and to say they could care less is an Understatement. They had no answers or recommendations *. Shortly after switching to MetroPCS I found out I had to pay extra monthly for the ability to join any conference calls. I couldn't believe it and think it's quite a scam *. The charger that came with the phone barely works. The battery is rarely above 10% and takes forever to even get to that point. The phone I was given is awful. It's a Moto E5 Play and it's junk. Almost every call has issues. I keep the phone sitting on my desk and don't touch it it hold it to my ear during business calls. Without even touching the phone, it will put someone on mute, speaker or hold. I'll be in the middle of a business conversation and it will start dialing someone in my contacts. ONE OR ALL FOUR OF THESE ACTIONS HAPPEN ALMOST EVERY SINGLE CALL. IT'S GOTTEN SO BAD COLLEAGUES AND CLIENTS HAVE NOTICED AND COMPLAINED TO MY BOSS. THIS IS EMBARRASSING, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PUTS MY JOB IN JEOPARDY. *. I called Metro PCS again this morning to talk about the issues and, once again, talked to a rep who didn't know what to do and didn't really care. Worst experience ever and I'm switching providers ASAP!!!!
