Waste of time in this store, I just went to want to pay my bill and they told me that there was no way to pay my bill because I didn't have my phone with me. I just gave them my information and they said it wasn't possible. I don't understand why they wanted me to. I had to take my phone if I only wanted to make my payment, I had to find another store where they would accept only my payment. Bad service in this store.

I came in to look for a new phone, the girl working there with glasses, was very rude and laughing at serious questions I was concerned with. finding a new phone after a bad service was difficult as it was I did not end up purchasing a phone. I had no help. just completely disrespectful.

They helped me with my phone that I barely bought, I didn't know what I had but I brought it and they took care of fixing the phone. I went to like 3-4 stores and they just told me that it couldn't be fixed and that they would buy another one.

They sold extra things to my cousin, he said no and I didn't pay attention to him, the girl took advantage of him because he doesn't know much, he just came from Mexico, a fucking place of thievery.
